The serious sites
What windsorsoup would like to be if it ever grows up. First the site known to soup as Thamesweb, though it seems to have got promotion and now calls itself Royal. Windsor Town Forum, join the discussion .
Punny site, Knowhere visited Windsor. Light hearted report. and Google's Windsor walking tour!

The local government site has a timetable of events ,the complete calendar for the year. Also a round-up  or diary of "culture" activities.
Also their own helpful site about the town.
Savill Garden, a lovely part of the Royal Park is visited on Windsorsoup's tour but also has its own little site from Windsor Council

Legoland is on the site of the old Windsor Safari Park.
The Safari Park still has a fans website though it is no longer open. Nostalgic fun
The local newpaper ,the Windsor and Eton Observer site.
 For Horsey Folk
As well as the annual Windsor Horse Show there are two race course.
The real sport of kings, as you will find from the history section of Windsorsoup seems to have been having mistresses but they call horseracing the sport of kings nowadays.
Here in Windsor we have Windsor racecourse

One way to get there is by riverboat run by French Bros it is also fun to do trips on the river anyway. And the site gives the racing calender and boat times.

The French bros steamer site also carries the racing calendar for Windsor Racing.
As well as running a silly hat competition Ascot Races has a site, which sometimes streams live races
The race course has been rebuilt.

Local community sites will be added, as they become known. However oddly as pointed out in Weird History on Soup Windsor Castle is in fact not in Windsor but a place called Clewer. Clewer Church has a site and is the oldest Church in the area.
Old Windsor, the original site of Windlesora the Saxon settlement has a site too.

Windsorsoup was created in WebStudio.
No blame attached,great package.
